Our Story
Built on Experience. Driven by Accuracy.
Our legacy is built on decades of industry leadership, reaching back to 1985. RDG Filings is a division of Research Data Group, Inc., a trusted name in SEC compliance since 1985. What began as the data division of Research Magazine became an independent company in 1996, quickly earning a reputation for:

Industry-leading Performance Graph production

Advanced peer group benchmarking and analysis

Custom executive compensation reporting solutions

Strategic consulting for SEC compliance
For over 40 years, RDG Filings has been the behind-the-scenes engine powering accurate, timely SEC filings for public companies across the country. With a deep bench of experienced professionals and a reputation for white-glove service, we make the complex feel effortless. At RDG Filings, accuracy isn’t an aspiration—it’s a standard.
Since 1996, we’ve specialized in helping companies navigate the complex landscape of SEC compliance through expert EDGAR conversions and, later, XBRL tagging from the moment it became a requirement. While others treated these services as secondary, we made them a core part of our business. That commitment has earned us the distinction of being the 5th largest full-service XBRL and EDGAR filing agent in the nation.
Today, RDG Filings serves:

1,100+ clients across the U.S. and Canada

300+ members of the S&P 500

Companies listed on every major North American exchange

We process over 13,000 SEC documents each year, delivering the precision, responsiveness, and value our clients have come to rely on.
We remain privately held and have operated under the same principal ownership since our founding—ensuring consistency, accountability, and a long-term client-first mindset.
If you need a reliable partner for SEC compliance and filing services, contact RDG Filings today. We’ll work closely with you to ensure your filings are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
